First of all, let me state emphatically that all of the printed material on these pages I wrote. It is also all copyrighted. Some of these pages you will find posted on other sites. Some few of them have my permission to post that material on their sites, others do not. Some people seem to feel that if they find something on the internet, that they have the right to copy that information to their site. This is not true. Simply because material is displayed on the internet for public view does not mean that it is in the public domain. 'Nuff sed. The methods that you will find on these pages are my methods and they work for me. I have also seen them work for others. Other people have other methods that work for them and my methods will not work for everyone. I do not have all of the answers, only ones that have worked for me. Each person must find methods that work for them. If some of my methods work for you, great, use them. If they don't work for you, you may ask me, I do have some alternate methods that I am willing to pass on to you. It is also possible that none of my methods will work for you and you will have to find your answers elsewhere. Just remember, you have all of your own answers within yourself, you just have to find them. The sole purpose behind these pages is to help you find your own answers.
