I offer an explanation of spiritual cleansing and give you some very effective, fast and simple methods of cleansing. Meditation can be very useful to anyone seeking their own spiritual advancement, so I explain what meditation is and give you several techniques, starting with the very basic and working up through more advanced methods, including regression and past life meditations. This site has grown since I first built it because people kept asking for information on other subjects such as soul guides, death and the afterlife, reincarnation and karma. They wanted to know how to develop their psychic abilities such as psychometry, clairvoyance, telepathy and more. As you learn more about various spiritual topics, your own spiritual awareness will increase, hopefully the information contained in these pages will help. Although communication with Spirit was the first goal of this site, and remains at the top of the list, it has become much more. I hope that you find it useful. I don't know about you, but I found that ad annoying, I tolerated it because it made the site space and hosting free. The site is now on a paid host, so neither you nor I have to tolerate that ad on each page any more. Thank goodness. LOL
